Implement Change
The Implementation phase is where targeted project solutions and new operating standards and cultural mindsets are effectively put into place. To implement the solution, workstreams are assigned to internal teams that are tasked with executing deliverables under the guidance of a Struttmann consultant. Workstreams have specific goals with performance accountability metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
Throughout the implementation process, we help resolve conflicts, suggest progress-reporting techniques, monitor progress, and fine-tune the solution based on personnel feedback. We also provide on-going periodic consulting reviews to assure that the process improvements remain intact and effective.
